13th Session of the Russian-Korean Joint Commission on Economic and Scientific-technical Cooperation.
July 9 in Seoul was held the 13th session of the Russian-Korean Joint Commission on economic and scientific-technical cooperation. Russian delegation headed the Chairman of the Russian part of the Joint Commission Viktor Ishayev, Minister of the Russian Federation on the development of the Far East, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District. Korean side was represented by the Chairman of the Joint Commission of Korea Hyun Oh-seok, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea, the Minister of Strategy and Finance of the Republic of Korea. During the meeting a wide range of issues and prospects of bilateral cooperation was discussed, including the implementation of the tripartite projects between Russia, the ROK and the DPRK. On the results of the meeting of the Joint Commission the two sides signed a protocol.
During his visit Viktor Ishayev also had a meeting with Yun Byung-se, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea.
