Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea Kim Hong-kyun visited the Russian Embassy in Seoul and signed the book of condolences for the victims of flight ‪9268‬
“On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, I express my sincere condolences to the bereaved families and all Russian people” – wrote Kim Hong-kyun.
