The invitation letters for the foreign citizens to enter the Russian Federation on a purpose of meeting relatives and acquaintances (private trips), as guests of the  body corporate registered in Russia are issued on the ground of invitation application forms submitted by a person or a body corporate to the related regional subdivisions of the Passport-Visa Service Offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD, GUVD, UVD) in Moscow, St.Petersburg, Republics, Regions, Territories, Autonomous Districts of the Russian Federation.
