В Сеуле состоялся вечер памяти

5 апреля 2011 г. в Посольстве Российской Федерации в Республике Корея состоялся ставший уже традиционным вечер памяти Народной артистки России, солистки Государственного академического Большого театра России Людмилы Валентиновны Нам.
Открывая вечер, Чрезвычайный и Полномочный Посол России в Республике Корея К.В.Внуков особо отметил вклад Л.В.Нам в развитие российско-южнокорейских отношений. Людмила Нам впервые выступила в Южной Корее в дни Олимпиады 1988 г., познакомив корейскую аудиторию с русским оперным искусством. Кореянка, родившаяся в Казахстане, человек необычной судьбы, она стала Народной артисткой России, талантливым педагогом, певицей мирового уровня, прославившей русское оперное искусство на лучших сценах Европы, Азии и Америки.
Гостям – видным деятелям искусства, культуры и образования Кореи, дипломатам стран СНГ, аккредитованным в Сеуле, ученики выдающейся российской певицы, выпускники российских высших музыкальных учебных заведений представили концертную программу, в которую вошли произведения российской и корейской музыкальной классики.

Traditional evening to the memory of the People’s Artist of Russia, soloist of the State Academic Bolshoi Theatre, Lyudmila Nam, was held in the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Korea on April 5, 2011.
Opening the event the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Korea K.V.Vnukov emphasized specially the contribution of Lyudmila Nam to the relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Korea. Lyudmila Nam had performed for the first time in South Korea during the Olympic Games in 1988, introducing Russian opera art to the Korean audience. Being Korean and born in Kazakhstan, the person of unusual destiny, she was awarded with the rank of People’s Artist of Russia and became a talented teacher as well as world class singer, who glorified Russian opera art on the best scenes of Europe, Asia and America.
The guests - prominent figures of art, culture and education spheres of South Korea, diplomats of CIS countries, accredited in Seoul, were presented with the concert program, including compositions of Russian and Korean musical classic, performed by the followers of the outstanding Russian singer and graduates of Russian Music Institutes.
